The Hairport Chatham Policies

• As a courtesty to all of our spa patrons, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone while in the building.
• Children under the age of 13 are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Appointment Policy

• Upon booking an appointment, we require a credit card on file for most services.
• As a courtesy, we ask that you allow a 24 hour notice for cancelling or changing your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge for the service.
• If you are more than ten minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
